1 courgette, chopped into small cubes
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 onion, peeled and sliced
1 pinch cayenne pepper
1 pinch grated nutmeg
Salt & black pepper
Prepare the pasta.
Bring a large pan of salted water to the boil and add the pasta to the pan. Leave to boil, stirring from time to time, until the pasta is tender but firm. Once cooked, drain the pasta well and pour it into a large salad bowl.
Fry the ingredients.
Heat a little oil in a frying pan and sauté the courgettes, garlic and onion. Add the cayenne pepper, nutmeg, salt and pepper and fry for a little longer.
Combine the salad.
Add the cooked vegetables to the cooked pasta and mix together well. Serve immediately.
